LinkedIn Ads Management Services
LinkedIn lets you put your message in front of the people who actually sign off the purchase: decision-makers filtered by job title, seniority, industry and company size, rather than a broad consumer audience.
We plan, build and manage LinkedIn campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads, then track them properly so you can see what each pound of ad spend returns.
- Reach decision-makers
- Qualified B2B leads
- Tracked to revenue

What is LinkedIn advertising?
LinkedIn advertising is paid promotion on the world's largest professional network, managed through LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Your ads appear in the feed, in members' inboxes and alongside content, and you choose who sees them using profile data people keep up to date for their careers: job title, function, seniority, employer, industry and skills.
That targeting is what sets LinkedIn apart. Instead of guessing who might be interested, you can reach finance directors at manufacturers with 200+ staff, or IT managers at named target accounts. Clicks usually cost more than on other social platforms, so careful targeting, strong creative and proper lead tracking matter more here than anywhere else.
Why advertise on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is rarely the cheapest place to buy a click, but for B2B companies with a clear buyer profile it is often the most direct route to the people who make the decision.
Target by job and seniority
Choose your audience by job title, job function, seniority, skills, industry and company size. It is the closest any ad platform gets to targeting a B2B buyer persona directly.
Account-based marketing
Upload a list of target companies or existing contacts and show ads only to people who work there. Ideal for winning named accounts or warming up prospects before a sales call.
Leads without a landing page
Lead Gen Forms open inside LinkedIn and are pre-filled from the member's profile, so prospects can send their name, company and job title in a couple of taps.
A business mindset
People use LinkedIn for work: industry news, hiring and professional development. Your B2B message lands while they are already thinking about their job, not scrolling for entertainment.
Build trust through people
Thought Leader Ads let you promote posts from your directors and specialists. Buyers often respond better to a named expert sharing insight than to a polished company advert.
Retarget warm prospects
Re-engage people who visited your website, watched your video or opened a lead form, keeping you front of mind through long B2B buying cycles involving several decision-makers.
LinkedIn ad formats we manage
We choose formats based on what you need people to do, from first awareness through to booking a demo, rather than running every format by default.
Single image and carousel ads
Sponsored Content in the LinkedIn feed. The workhorse format for driving website visits, lead form fills and event registrations, with carousels for telling a step-by-step story.
Video ads
Short feed videos that explain a product, share a customer story or introduce your team. Viewers can then be retargeted with a lead-focused offer.
Document ads
Share a guide, report or whitepaper that people can read right in their feed. You can gate part of it behind a Lead Gen Form to capture contact details.
Thought Leader Ads
Promote posts written by your senior people or other members, with their permission. Useful for building credibility with buyers who trust individuals more than brands.
Conversation and Message Ads
Sponsored messages delivered to LinkedIn inboxes, with Conversation Ads offering choose-your-path buttons. Best used sparingly for event invites or high-value offers to a well-defined audience.
Text and Dynamic Ads
Compact ads on the desktop right-hand rail, plus Dynamic Ads personalised with the viewer's name or photo. Lower-cost options for keeping a brand visible to an existing audience.
How we manage your LinkedIn Ads
Every account follows the same process, but the targeting, offer and creative are built around your buyers, your sales cycle and what a good lead is worth to you.
- 01
Define your ideal buyer
We start with who you sell to: job titles, seniority, industries, company sizes and regions, plus any target account lists. We also agree what counts as a qualified lead and what one is worth.
- 02
Set up tracking properly
We install the LinkedIn Insight Tag, set up conversions and, where it suits your systems, the Conversions API or CRM connection, so reporting goes beyond clicks to the leads that turn into sales.
- 03
Build campaigns and creative
Our in-house graphic designers create ad visuals and documents, and our certified team writes copy and structures campaigns by audience and stage, so budget is not wasted on overlapping targeting.
- 04
Test, optimise and refine
We test audiences, offers and creative, adjust bids and budgets using data rather than hunches, and exclude job titles, companies or placements that soak up spend without producing good leads.
- 05
Report and plan ahead
You get regular performance updates in plain English: what spend produced, cost per lead, lead quality feedback from your team, and what we plan to change next.
Is LinkedIn advertising right for you?
Great for
- B2B companies selling to specific job roles or industries
- High-value products, services or contracts where one deal covers the cost of many leads
- Software, professional services, manufacturing and training providers
- Account-based marketing to a defined list of target companies
- Recruitment, events and webinars aimed at professionals
Works best when
- You can afford a higher cost per click in exchange for tighter targeting
- You have a useful offer, such as a guide, demo, audit or consultation
- Your sales team follows up leads quickly and tells us which ones were good
- You can commit to at least a few months to test and learn
Worth considering instead
If you sell to consumers, have a low order value or a small budget, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest or Google Ads will usually deliver cheaper results. We manage all of them and will tell you honestly which fits.
How Much Will It Cost?
Our management fee is a percentage of your ad spend, with a low minimum monthly fee. Your ad budget is paid directly to the platform and you stay in control of it.
Based on 11% of spend on LinkedIn Ads with a minimum fee of £99/month + VAT*
* There is an initial period of three months, then a monthly rolling contract thereafter. To discuss the service in more detail, call us on 01642 664550 or email sales@sayu.co.uk.
Our fee is 11% of your ad spend, with a minimum of £99 per month + VAT. There is an initial three-month period, then a monthly rolling contract. Your ad spend is separate: you set the budget and pay LinkedIn directly. LinkedIn clicks typically cost more than on Meta or Google Display, so we focus on cost per qualified lead rather than cost per click.
Campaigns can go live within days of tracking being set up, and you will see clicks and leads straight away. Expect the first four to eight weeks to be a testing period while we learn which audiences, offers and creative work best. B2B sales cycles are often long, so judging leads by eventual revenue can take a few months.
LinkedIn lets you start from a small daily budget, but because clicks are relatively expensive, very low budgets produce too little data to optimise. We will recommend a starting budget based on your audience size, the cost of a lead and the value of a customer, and agree it with you before anything goes live.
You can target members by job title, job function, seniority, skills, industry, company name, company size and location, among other attributes. You can also upload lists of target companies or contacts, and retarget people who visited your website or engaged with your ads. We avoid narrowing audiences so far that campaigns struggle to deliver.
Lead Gen Forms are pre-filled from LinkedIn profiles, so they usually produce more leads at a lower cost, but some people fill them in with little intent. Landing pages tend to generate fewer, more committed enquiries. We often test both and judge them on lead quality reported back by your sales team.
Yes. Our in-house graphic designers produce ad images, carousel cards and document ads, and we write the ad copy. If you already have brand guidelines, videos or reports, we will work with those. Everything is shared with you for approval before it goes live.
We agree the measures that matter to your business at the start, usually cost per qualified lead and pipeline generated rather than clicks or likes. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion tracking, and where possible connect your CRM so we can see which leads became customers.
